Objectives of Social Change Will Not Be Achieved Without Phuley-Ambedkarite Ideology

Note – This article was written around 2005.

The central theme of the subject is that the objective of social change will not be achieved unless and until there is polarisation based on the Phuley-Ambedkarite Ideology in the castes within Scheduled castes, Scheduled Tribes and Most backward Classes. There are two major things in the designed subject. One is of polarisation and the other of social change.

First, we will clarify what exactly we mean by Social Change. The development of the system is dependant on the castes which are ruling or who have power. If we see the social structure in which Brahmin, Kshatriya, Vaishya and Shudras are placed vertically one above the other. In this system, Shudras are within the Social system, but he has kept rightless. Brahmin, Kshatriya and Vaishya kept all the rights with them.

Based on this social structure, the power structure has got developed. But the development of power structure is possible only when you have power. Democracy has four pillars at its base. The Parliament, where policies are framed up. The executive, who implements the policies. The Judiciary- If the Power which is making the policy and the Executive who is implementing the policies is doing injustice to the People, then the people have right to take the help of Judiciary and their rights.

If all the above said three pillars are doing injustice then the media, as a fourth pillar of the democratic system, can play an active role to reach the voice of the people to the people. The democratic system is functioning on these four pillars. The development of the system was done only after the Brahmin, Kshatriya and Vaishya captured all the four pillars of the Democracy.

The Election process has so developed that the benefit will go to Arya Brahmins. The minimum expenditure for Loksabha elections is around 1 Lakh Rupees (around the year 2005). How a common man will be able to afford it. So the common man has the right to vote but not to contest. The hike in election expenditure is the process developed by the Arya brahmins for their benefit.

Secondly, our people prefer less the field of Parliament. In the executive field, the Arya brahmins claim that we are unfit and not suitable for the executive posts. There are special recruitment drives but the final result comes that candidates are not available and those who are available are not suitable. If the houses of Muslims are to set fire or if any riots are to carried out in Muslim areas then we are the most suitable persons, but whenever the recruitment matter comes we are not suitable.

If you have to become a collector or secretary, then you are not suitable. You are inefficient for the post. You are lacking the merit. But the people who claim that they are meritorious, are nowhere in the international field and even not able to cope up with the international sports. There these meritorious people become Shudras. In the name of merit, they are blocking the executive posts and banning the entry of the indigenous.

They had developed the executive as per there requirement. There is no reservation in the third pillar of the democracy i.e judiciary. The man who is not suitable for becoming IAS or IPS, how he will be suitable for becoming a judge of the supreme court?

Those few who had reached these places had become unfit after reaching there. Recently, there was a decision that if the political machinery is nominating judges for the High court or Supreme court then it is not binding on the judiciary to make the panel of these nominated persons. The judges can be appointed only from the panel which will be constituted by the Supreme court. This decision proves beyond doubt that arrangement has been made that our representatives should not enter the judiciary.

Thus the Arya Brahmins had developed the system of democracy which will be beneficial for themselves and not for the indigenous. The fourth pillar, Media is also captured by the Brahmin-bania. That’s’ why we call the print media as Brahmin-Bania print media. The brain is of the Brahmins and the money of the Banias. Thus the combination is working for the benefit of Arya Brahmins. For this, they had altered the system. For this, they had made an arrangement. For running the press Govt. had made a system that 1200 crore rupees annually (around the year 2005) will be given to the press media through the advertisements. Thus one can imagine if the power is with you then you can develop the system and stop the misuse. Without power, the system cannot be developed. So for change in the social system, the change is power system is mandatory.

In our country, there were a lot of changes. Jawaharlal Nehru went and Lal Bahadur came, Lal Bahadur went and Indira came, Indira went and Morarji came, Morarji went and Charan Singh came, Charan Singh went and Rajiv Gandhi came. After Rajiv Gandhi, there was a turn of V.P. Singh, Chandrashekhar, Narsimha Rao, Deve Gowda.

What happens in India is, there is the change in power but no change in the ruling castes.

One can say that there is a change in the power system only when the downtrodden are duly represented in power. The change in nomenclature does not represent the change in the system. Unless and until the power comes in the hands of the downtrodden, the change in the social system is not possible. Even after getting the power if the same is not utilised for change in the social system.

For example, Deve Gowda was one of the representatives from the downtrodden castes but did not utilise the power for the change in the system. Instead what Deve Gowda had done? He accepted the brahminical demand to divide the UP state in the Uttarakhand and UP. Brahmins demanded the separate Uttarakhand state as they were seeing that in the near future there is not any chance to capture the UP power.

There is one rule in the Manusmruti that wherever there is a rule of Shudra, Brahmins should not stay there. But can not go out of this country, so they are demanding the separate state and Dewe Gowda had done a great job by accepting their demand. Thus he is utilising the power for strengthening Brahmanism i.e strengthening the Brahmanical social system.

All the decisions in our country are made based on the caste system.

Those who are not recognising this naked truth will not succeed. Thus we can see that the change in the social system is related to the power system. The two castes are quarrelling with each other only due to Brahmanism. You can stop the quarrel only if you have an alternative to the Brahmanical ideology.

Brahmanism is an ideology. One ideology can be cut only with alternative ideology. The ideology can not be cut with a knife or gun. The alternative ideology was developed by Phuley and Ambedkar along with there own people. The socialism, communalism is not incidental today. Because that ideology is developed considering the foreign society.

Whereas the ideology which was developed by Phuley-Ambedkar is developed here on this land with the indigenous people. Hence it is incidental today. Socialism, Communalism, Gandhism and even Hinduism are not the Indian. These ideologies are foreign ideology. If Aryans are Foreigners then the
the ideology developed by Aryans is also of foreign origin.

The goal of social change will only be achieved by ideological change.

The relationship between castes can be consolidated by changing the ideology. This ideology had been developed by our forefathers. The goal of social change based on the Phuley-Ambedkarite ideology had some pre-conditions. These include the strengthening of the relationship between castes and castes.

Leadership will have to be developed from the castes rather most backward castes, which were kept away from the mainstream of the society. Thirdly Polarisation between the SC/ST/OBC and converted minority is the mandatory requirement. Without achieving these targets no social change is expected.

The concept of social polarisation is not understandable to many of our intellectuals. They consider it to unite two different castes of either scheduled castes or scheduled tribes or of OBC. But it is not true. The polarisation word reflects to unite all the downtrodden castes which were kept away from the social system developed by Arya-Brahmins.

Some so-called intellectuals blame BAMCEF and even to Dr. Ambedkar that by using caste as a base the casteism is going to increase. So caste should not be made the base. But the simple thing our intellectuals are not understanding that if you are suffering from any diseases then you will have to first recognise the fact that there is some disease.

Unless and until you recognise the fact of how you are going to explain to the doctor to cure your disease. If we are not recognising that there are castes then how you will polarise the castes. The Socialist and communalist don’t recognise the caste and want to hide it, hence they are not successful to uplift the downtrodden.

Before 15-20 years a question was asked to Jyoti Basu, in one of the Press conference at Pune that why none of the SC/ST MP is represented in your ministry? To this Jyoti Basu replied that they are not suitable for the ministerial posts. But he must have given tickets to SC/ST persons for standing in the elections. So the person who is suitable for standing in the election is not suitable for the Ministry. then why he was given the ticket for standing in the elections?

These issues need discussions and analysis. This proves that the communalist speaks of uplifting the poor, but don’t want to give them any platform for their societies development/ upliftment. Hence this proves that Socialism and Communalism are a part of Brahmanism.

The problems which are developed due to castes, the solution of the same lies in the Phuley-Ambedkarite ideology. Hence today’s requirement is that all the castes within SC/ST/OBC and converted minorities should get polarised under the Phuley-Ambedkarite ideology only. The Phuley-Ambedkarite ideology will only lead to social change in this country. Hence by polarising SC/ST/OBC on the basis of Phuley-Ambedkarite ideology the goal of social change is going to achieve.
