Starting with a small batch of just 22 students from Wardha in 2013, our Nalanda Academy in last 6 years has successfully trained over 350 students who are now pursuing their higher education in 26 top Indian and foreign universities.

Working on the principles of Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar’s philosophy to empower our next generation through education, our Academy does not charge any fees from the students and also provides small scholarships to deserving students to sustain their stay in Wardha. Apart from training students for higher education, our Academy also runs a Nalanda Abhiyan Science and Technology Lab and 14 libraries in Buddha Vihars in various villages.

We have been able to guide and train hundreds of our students without charging any fee and sustain ourselves entirely due to the tremendous support and faith shown by the community of dedicated Ambedkarites and friends from across the country, without which it would have been impossible for us to even function. Towards generating financial support for our Nalanda Academy, we make public appeal twice every year and work with the funds thus generated for the next six months.

Today we are taking this opportunity to request all our Ambedkarite friends and well-wishers who believe in our vision and have been witness to our journey to financially contribute, if possible.
