Rape of Democracy – RSS/BJP’s Unholy Rule in Karnataka

Democracy is keeping India intact and as one nation. What is common between the person from the Tamil Nadu and the person from Uttar Pradesh is their being citizens of this country as granted by the constitution of India. The citizenship was so vital an issue that it was given precedence over many important parts and was given the place in part II of our constitution. We all become Indians by virtue of the constitution that we are duty bound to abide with and having any compromise with the great law of the constitution and the constitutional morality that Babasaheb Ambedkar advocated is the sure path to the destruction of our country.

RSS/BJP has been on the wrong and unethical path when they have sent the constitution for a toss and they are deliberately imposing the draconian rule of the Brahmins through forcibly taking power which does not belong to them.

Looking at the post-election Karnataka state, the votes do not indicate that the RSS/BJP have even the 50 percent of the votes. It staggers around 37 percent of the votes and the Congress party remains on the same footing with the less number of seats. It is clear that the popular votes do not count in the system that is based on what is called “first-past-the-post” system. It is the defective system that does not ensure the real representation, but this discussion though important is beside the point. The BJP ended up with 104 seats, 8 seats short of the halfway mark needed for forming the government. The other two parties JD(S) and Congress have the needed number and well beyond the mark of 112. They have entered the post-election alliances and hence they have the numbers.

Now here is the twist in the story. The RSS/BJP ensured that they have their people in every organ of governance. You name the institute and it is manned by the RSS agents. The Governors were asked to resign when the BJP/RSS came to power and in their places, all the RSS/BJP people were installed. That is the reason why in Karnataka we have a governor with a strong RSS/BJP background. And this is what he did. He completely twisted the logic and asked Yeddu to form the government when he has no numbers and no consent of the 112 MLAs. Thus, there is the only way he can prove that they have half of the numbers. They will have to break the Congress or JD (S) apart by force and this is the only way. The fact that Yeddu is made Chief Minister and given 15 days to prove his support is a great sin and crime against the constitution.

This is what we can expect from the Brahminical mindset to usurp the power by hook or by crook, in this case, the power is usurped by murdering the democracy itself. Shame on the RSS/BJP for putting communal Brahminical interests above the constitution and democracy.

Editor’s note – Democracy died long ago in India, in fact, there was never a democracy in India. What is a democracy? It isn’t just about forming governments, it is about social equality. India never had social equality. Now whatever these Brahmins are doing is called burying the democracy, which had died long ago or maybe was never born in the real sense. You can try to save it from burying too deep but till social equality isn’t achieved democracy can’t be resurrected.

Even though I fully agree with you , when the defendants quote different instances of misbehaviour of Congress Party. They are calling it a “Tit For Tat”. I only feel sick of the entire episode.
