Democratic Nationalism v/s Brahmin-Bania axis

In a clear display of public anger over the divisive politics of RSS/BJP, the youths in India have taken to streets. In almost all the agitations, the citizens are reading preamble, swearing by the constitution, and invoking Babasaheb Ambedkar. India is definitely divided into people who want to keep India united, humane, and secular and those who want to divide into religious lines and exploit critical division for their political gains.

The CAA and NRC singles out Muslims. The constitution does not allow any discrimination based on religion. In fact, the constitution seeks to remove discrimination through positive state policies like the reservation for the SC, ST, and OBCs.

This discrimination based on singling out a particular religion is not accepted by the people of India is clear.

As the New York Times described Shah as India’s invisible Prime Minister, India at this stage taken hostage by the binary PMs of India: Modi and Shah.

Perhaps, even the party structure of RSS/ BJP supports this duo to press forward such politics. The ultimate loser in this unbridled lust for personal power is the slow death of democracy and the ultimate dissolution of beloved India.

This death of democracy and dissolution of India by the hands of two Prime Ministers and RSS/BJP must be stopped at all the cost. India must survive and the enemies of united and democratic India must perish.

Reports released by various state governments and also union government are showing that our treasuries are empty. We do not have money to fund even the life-saving programs. The treasury is looted. The BJP/RSS selling the public property to its private cronies at a throwaway price. Unemployment is rising. The debt is rising. The treasury is empty.

Any people-oriented government will concentrate on the real problems facing our country today. It will not invoke religions to divide into fragments. It will invoke the basic themes of the constitution. The keynote of our republic is a fraternity which is another name for civic nationalism, instead, the present government is fueling division which is another name of Brahmin-Bania led Hindutva nationalism.

What has the Bania- Brahmin led and dominated BJP/RSS have done for the OBCs?

What has it done for the SCs and STs?

If we profile the leadership of RSS/BJP, we can see that there is no scope for OBC, SC, and ST. Any talk of ” Hindu” welfare by RSS/ BJP is also misleading. They are not working for the “Hindus” which geographically includes all the Indians.
