Type of Rule in India – Democracy Based on the Constitution or Bramhinocracy Based on Manusmriti?
What type of rule is in India – Democracy based on the Constitution or Bramhinocracy based on Manusmriti?
In India, the Cabinet system, in the name of Parliamentary democracy has become powerful Brahmanical cabinet. This can be seen from the caste composition of current Cabinet under the Prime Ministership of Mr. Narendra Modi. All the important portfolios in his cabinet (eg. Finance, Foreign affairs, and overseas Indian affairs, Commerce, Defence, Human resource development, Civil aviation, Home affairs, Rural development, Railway, etc) are held by 3 castes – Brahmins, Rajputs and Baniyas (i. e. Arun Jaitley, Sushma Swaraj, Suresh Prabhu, Nirmala Sitaraman, Prakash Javdekar, Rajnath Singh, Narendrasingh Tomar, Piyush Goyal, Ananth Kumar, Ravishankar Prasad, etc). The Brahmins, Rajputs, and Baniyas, who hold all the important portfolios in the cabinet, are traditional rulers as per the rules of the caste system and Manusmriti.
One ST Minister, Jual Oram is Tribal affairs minister, Thaawar Chand Gehlot, an SC is Social Justice Minister, Uma Bharati an OBC is a Minister for Drinking water, sanitation, and Ganga cleaning. These few ST/SC/OBC ministers have got totally useless portfolios.
So, what is ruling India is the caste system based on Manusmriti, in the garb of Parliamentary democracy based on Indian constitution.

So called Dalit-Bahujan politicians have been emasculated by the upper caste political parties.Since BJP/RSS has come to power ,there has been constant attempt to move towards “Old fashion -Indian/Hinduism” and doing away with the modern India as is the vision of the Founding Fathers of India including Dr.Ambedkar’s speeches in the Constituent Assembly. Until and unless the Indian masses do the open revolt against this fringe element, we are going backward.Remember India has been a slave nation for centuries and IN MY OPINION, CASTE HIERARCHY ,as a result a glue called Indian nationalism never ever materialized and out siders attacked India made a slave nation and ruled for centuries by Mughals and Brits.
Yes . All the cabinet ministers are from the ruling class who are all, by and large , Rajya Sabha members i.e. they are not elected directly . This is as per the prescription in the Indian Social Caste System i,e, Priest Class , Ruling Class and The Business Class. The fourth class i.e. the Shudras are there to work for them. And the Slave Class i.e. the Dalitsare there to do their menial work. This is very much practised in state administrations. IAS officers belonging to SC & ST communities are looking after Fisheries , Social Welfare , ADi-Dravida Welfare and the like. Thus Indian Govt is a Manuvati Govt only.
