The RSS/BJP Government is bent on amending the NCERT books and they have spotted over 1000 amendments in many books including books on mathematics and sciences. These amendments have many saffron twists and most of the times they are aimed at bringing the RSS/BJP and its ideology in the curriculum.

The RSS/BJP is trying to use informal educational methods to brainwash the citizens. For example, the UP BJP/RSS conducted an examination all over the state of UP, which 11 lakh students attended.

The aim was to educate the youths through this examination about the RSS/BJP. Similarly, the RSS/BJP Government conducts essay competitions to laud its own efforts like “Swachch Bharat Mission” which is bound to fail without ending the caste system in India.

Coming back to educational policies of the RSS/BJP Government, it is aimed at bringing in the “current” Government’s policies to be included in the syllabus. For example, the policy of demonetization and the new notes will be given the prominent place in the text books.

The RSS/BJP Government will introduce many of its ideological texts in the curriculum subtext as the process is supervised by the core RSS/BJP people.

The higher education policy is also in shambles. The first thing that the RSS/BJP did was to bring in RSS/BJP people at the helms in many prestigious educational institutes.

It has been denying the admissions to the eligible SCs and STs like what happened in the state of Maharashtra in the admission process recently.
