22nd July (1940) in Dalit History – Subhash Chandra Bose met Dr. Ambedkar at Bombay. After a talk on the federation Dr. Ambedkar asked Bose his attitude to the  problem of the Scheduled Castes. Bose did not have a convincing reply to give.
